Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce crosstalk noise while reducing an area overhead of a wiring area by allowing a prediction device to change a level of a wire signal to a reference level corresponding to a level of a signal line signal to prevent a transmission speed from slowing down.
SOLUTION: In the transmission circuit where a data signal line 221 is driven by a driving inverter 211 and a reception inverter 212 receives the signal from the transmission data signal line 221, a boost signal line 231 is wired between the data signal line 221 and apart data signal lines 222, 223. Then an output of a logic circuit 201 is given to inverters 202, 211 and a waveform of a data signal on the boost signal line 231 and that on the data signal line 221 change in phase to each other. Thus, the effect of signals on the apart data signal lines 222, 223 onto the signal on the data signal line 221 is eliminated, while a coupling capacitance between both the lines does not act like a load to the reception inverter 212, then the signal transmission speed on the data signal line 221 is relatively increased. Furthermore, in the case that a signal waveform on the boost signal line 231 is changed steeply, the signal on the data signal line 221 is accelerated.
