A signal uninterruptible power supply system includes a power storage/generation system with intelligent functions having control system functions for charge/discharge, power storage, and auxiliary charge/discharge or a solar cell power storage/generation integrated panel. In the signal uninterruptible power supply system, an uninterruptible power source 3 including a power failure detector, a storage battery unit comprising a lithium ion secondary battery alone or comprising both the lithium ion secondary battery and a capacitor/condenser, a charge/discharge control unit 4, a system control unit 7, and a processing control device interface unit 8 are integrated.
