CONSTITUTION: On the blowout opening side of an air channel 31, a frame body 1 wherein a ventilation flue F is formed is arranged. At the peripheral wall part of the frame body 1, a projection wall 1a which projects backward is provided. An elastic film body 2 which vibrates with a sound wave is arranged separately from the projection wall 1a. A space part 4 is formed between the projection wall 1a and elastic film body 2. In the space part 4, the elastic film body 2 vibrates with the sound wave. The resonance amplification effect by the elastic film body 2 is suppressed. The noise radiated out of the air blower G is reduced and a user is not troubled with the noise.
