PURPOSE: To obtain a device which is capable of preventing the propagation of sound by the reciprocal actions of the turbulence of medium caused by sound waves radiated from a source of sound supplying this turbulent state of fluid between a source of sound and sound receiving point by making use of the turbulence of fluid which is the medium of sound.
