Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the above agricultural wheel having advantages such as low cost, insignificant oscillation, negligible sinking, minimum damage and outstanding product details by enveloping a foam across the entire periphery of an elastic product on the extra diameter side of a rim in a wheel body consisting of an annular rim coated using the elastic product such as rubber. CONSTITUTION:An agricultural wheel 1 consists of a center boss 2, spokes extending radially 3, a reinforcing plate 4 for connecting the boss 2 to the spokes 3 and a wheel body 6 provided on the outer edge of the spoke 3. The wheel body 6 is composed of a rim 5 welded to the outer edge of the spoke 3 and an elastic product 8 covering the rim 5. On the other hand, lugs 12 are arranged protruding on a tread part 11 at an equal interval peripherally in the center. Further, large and small one-sided blades 13L, 13S are provided on each lug 12. In the mentioned constitution, a foam 9 is enveloped across the entire internal periphery of the elastic product 8. The elastic product 9 has a rim adhesion surface with an arc- shaped cross-section on the inner peripheral side so that, for example, a contact area with the rim 5 is secured.
