PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silica-polyhydroxyurethane organic-inorganic hybrid film that has excellent gas barrier and water vapor barrier properties and also has high surface hardness.SOLUTION: A silica-polyhydroxyurethane resin composition comprises a predetermined polyhydroxyurethane resin having at least one group comprising a hydroxy group as a repeating unit, and an alkoxysilane compound.
