To provide a siliceous fertilizer which makes asbestos harmless from building materials containing the asbestos harmful to health and hardly contains nickel, chromium and titanium which are harmful components as the fertilizer.

This siliceous fertilizer is obtained by reacting and firing the inorganic building materials composed mainly of at least one among cement, slates and calcium silicate and the asbestos at temperature of ≥700°C.
