Abstract:

To provide a silicon-containing compound and a baked body thereof, which are stable even in air and from which an all solid storage element having a wide operation temperature range and high reliability can be obtained, and to provide a method of producing the same.

The silicon-containing compound is in a solid state, dissociates to positive and negative ions, does not contain a liquid electrolyte and a gel-like electrolyte, and exhibits a dielectric relaxation phenomenon in a frequency area of 100 Hz to 1 MHz. The fired body of the silicon-containing compound is obtained by baking the silicon-containing compound, preferably at least one silicon compound of polysilanes and silicones, which are soluble in an organic solvent.
