Abstract:
To provide an elastic film having excellent elasticity and strength, and excellent in water repellency of a surface of the film, a method of forming the same, urethane resin used for the elastic film, and a silicon-containing compound to be a material of the urethane resin.SOLUTION: Provided is a silicone-pendant diol compound having 2-4 -O-A-SiRgroups. R is each independently a 1-6 C linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group, a phenyl group, a 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl group, or a group represented by -(OSiRR)-OSiRRR.
