PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition composed of a specified ratio of a specific organopolysiloxane and a specific acetylene derivative, improved in electrical contact fault and useful as, e.g. a toner dispersant and a solvent for cosmetics.

CONSTITUTION: This silicon composition is composed of (A) 100 pts.wt. one or more kinds of low-molecular organopolysiloxanes selected from a straight- chain organopolysiloxane of formula I [R1 is a (sub-stituted)univalent organic group; (n) is 0 to 10] and a cyclic organopolysiloxane of formula II [(m) is 3 to 7] and (B) 0.5 to 20 pts.wt. acetylene derivative of formula III [R2 is formula IV (R3 is a 1 to 4C alkyl; R4 is Cl, NH2, OH or trimethylsiloxy) or phenyl].
