Abstract:

To provide a silicone rubber composition giving a low surface frictional coefficient of a silicone rubber after cured, in particular, a millable silicone rubber composition (that is, having high viscosity and normally in a non-liquid state without self-fluidity at room temperature (25°C)), and a silicone rubber molded article and a laminate molded article using the composition.

The silicone rubber composition comprises: (A) 100 pts.mass of organopolysiloxane expressed by an average composition formula (I):R1aSiO(4-a)/2 (where R1 represents identical or different species of substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon groups and a represents a positive number of 1.95 to 2.05), and having at least two alkenyl groups in one molecule; (B) 5 to 100 pts.mass of reinforcing silica having a specific surface area of 50 m2/g or more measured by a BET adsorption method; (C) 1 to 500 pts.mass of calcined talc; and (D) an effective amount of a curing agent. The silicone rubber composition gives a silicone rubber cured product having a dynamic frictional coefficient of 0.5 or less after cured.
