PURPOSE: To obtain a silk cloth of bias filling yarn laminate structure having a new structure by effectively utilizing bave newly, especially cocoons abandoned as waste cocoons and capable of extremely simply actualizing a semifinished product using bave having a high value added in addition to an income from shipping of cocoons by silk-raising farmers themselves.

CONSTITUTION: This silk cloth of new bias filling yarn laminate structure comprises bave main material layers and a bave binding layers. The bave main material layers and the bave binding layers are vertically alternately lain and laminated by making each bave bundle in a crossed state. The upper and the lower bave main material layers sandwiching the bave binding layer are shifted in phase or made into a crossed state so as not to directly superimpose the bave bundles and laminated. Mutual separation into filament of the baves in each layer of the bave main material layers and separation of the vertically laminated bave main layers are suppressed by sticking force of sericin of bave and the bave main material layers are laminated and integrated in one sheet state.
