Abstract:
To provide a new silver salt exhibiting excellent processing performance composed of an inorganic silver salt and an organic amine and producing conductive silver readily through reaction to heat or light, and a process for forming conductive silver at a lower temperature.
Among silver composites composed of an inorganic silver salt and an organic amine, such a composition as 5% or more of weight reduction takes place below 200°C and 50% or more of weight reduction takes place below 400°C is prepared assuming that the weight reduction due to heating up to 500°C is 100%. When such a composite is employed, silver exhibiting conductivity through heat treatment at a relatively low temperature of 300°C or below can be formed imagewise.
