Title:
SILVER FINE PARTICLE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, CONDUCTIVE PASTE CONTAINING THE SILVER FINE PARTICLE, CONDUCTIVE FILM, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012031478
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a silver fine particle suitable as a raw material for a conductive paste and the like which can be calcinated at a low temperature, the silver fine particle having an average particle size of 30-100 nm and not presenting a compound consisting of an ethyl group, a propyl group, or a butyl group in a GC-MS analysis.

An alcohol solution of an amine complex of silver nitrate prepared using silver nitrate and one or more types of aliphatic amine which is hydrosoluble or water soluble and which has a carbon number of 2-4 is added to water or water-alcohol mixture solvent containing ascorbic acid or erythorbic acid dissolved therein for reduction-precipitation, and resulting silver fine particle is separated, washed until its filtrate has 50 μS/cm or lower electric conductivity, and then vacuum-dried at a temperature of 30°C or lower, whereby the silver fine particle having the average particle size (DSEM) of 30-100 nm and not presenting the compound consisting of an ethyl group, a propyl group, or a butyl group in the GC-MS analysis can be obtained.
