PURPOSE: To obtain the image of the photosensitive material with improved color-reproducibility and durability and also the image having no stain in an uncolored part by incorporating a pyrazoloazole type cyan coupler in at least one layer of a red sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, and a brightening agent in any one of constituting layers of the photosensitive material, respectively.
CONSTITUTION: The pyrazoloazole type cyan coupler having a least one of an electron attractive group and/or a group capable of forming a hydrogen bond at the position capable of substituting except an active point is incorporated in at least one layer of the red sensitive silver halide emulsion layers, and the brightening agent is incorporated in any one of the constituting layers of the photosensitive material. Thus, the cyan color image of the photosensitive material with the improved color-reproducibility and durability and having the no stain in the uncolored part can be obtd.
