Title:
SILVER HALIDE COLOR PHOTOGRAPHIC SENSITIZING MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5789754
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable good gray and another color to be reproduced in using various light sources, by giving specified maximum sensitivity spectral wavelength to each color sensitive layer.

CONSTITUTION: The color negative film of the negative/positive printing method has a red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer having the maximum spectral sensitization wavelength in the range of 610W650nm and containing a diffusion- resistant cyan coupler; a green-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer having the maximum spectral sensitization wavelength in the range of 535W565nm and containing a diffusion-resistant yellow coupler; and a blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer having the maximum spectral sensitization wavelength in the range of 420W460nm and containing a diffusion-resistant magenta coupler formed on a support. Dyes having density distributions as shown in the figures are formed in each layer, thus permitting the sum of auxiliary densities of the magenta and cyan colors to be made constant independent of variation of light sources.
