Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the silver halide photographic sensitive material capable of enhancing processing speed and reducing a replenishing rate and superior in sharpness.
SOLUTION: The silver halide photographic sensitive material provided on a support with at least one photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer has a layer containing fine dispersed particles having an average particle diameter as a corresponding sphere diameter of ≤0.5μm and having adsorbed a dye forming a J association product as a layer near to the support then the emulsion layer, and this emulsion layer contains flat silver halide grains occupying at least ≥50% of the projection areas of the total silver halide grains and having an aspect ratio of 2-30.
