Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a silver halide photographic sensitive material having superior curlability, small sending torque and satisfactory transferability in a novel cartridge system for sending a photographic film and also having superior magnetic recording characteristics and improved adhesive property of the magnetic layer to the base.

CONSTITUTION: In a cartridge system for a silver halide photographic sensitive material, a spool 2 is freely rotatably fixed in the body of a cartridge 1 and the front end of a silver halide photographic sensitive material wound around the spool 2 is sent to the outside of the cartridge 1 from a film drawing hole 5 in the body of the cartridge 1 by rotating the spool 2 in the film sending direction. The base of the sensitive material is made of polyester having hydrophilic groups and a striped magnetic layer is present on a part or the whole of at least one side of the base.
