Title:
SILVER SALT PHOTOTHERMOGRAPHIC DRY IMAGING MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005208289
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a silver salt photothermographic dry imaging material using a relatively small amount of silver and excellent in storage stability while having high sensitivity and low fogging.

The silver salt photothermographic dry imaging material contains light-insensitive silver salt of aliphatic carboxylic acid grains, photosensitive silver halide grains, a reducing agent for silver ions and a binder, wherein the light-insensitive silver salt of aliphatic carboxylic acid grains are prepared in the presence of an alkali metal salt having a potassium salt content of ≥50 mol%, and the imaging material is packaged before storage with a packaging material having a moisture permeability of ≤5.0 g/m2 24 h 40°C 90% RH, and is configured such that sensitivity after a heat treatment under prescribed conditions is made ≤1/10 of its original sensitivity.
