The simple applying vessel is provided with a cylindrical vessel body 2 with its upper and lower end portions sealed and an applying plug 3 which is engaged and fixed within the mouth 5 of the vessel body and in which an applying portion 11 communicating with the inside of the barrel part 4 of the vessel body is fitted to the tip of the vessel body 2. The vessel is constituted so that the applying portion 11 is exposed by breaking an annular thin part 10 provided at a predetermined position of the mouth 5 to remove an upper mouth portion 5a.
