A steel main beam 3 is installed on the top of piers 1, 1', and a reinforced concrete floor plate 4 is formed on the upper surface and the middle upper surface of the steel main beam 3 excluding a beam end part upper surface 3'. By a downward force from a deflecting force-adding device 10 comprising an upper sheave 11 installed under a simple beam 2 formed with the steel main beam 3 and the reinforced concrete floor plate 4, lower sheaves 12, 12 installed under the piers 1, 1', wire ropes 13 hooked to them, and a wire rope pulling-in means 14 for pulling in these wire ropes 13, the simple beams 2, 2 are deflected so as to expand the upper clearance between the beam end faces 3c, 3c of adjacent simple beams 2, 2 and form a reinforced concrete lateral beam in that clearance. Then a connection part reinforced concrete floor plate 4 is formed with the reinforced concrete lateral beam and the beam end part upper surface 3' to cancel the downward force. Thus, because a prestressed force is introduced into the reinforced concrete floor plate 4, cracks will not occur.
