To eliminate a natural closing of a book or turning-over of a page even without retaining the opened book by a hand during reading, to still desire easy turning-over of the page and to desire no bulkiness of a book two-page spread fixing implement.

The simple book two-page spread fixing implement comprises a flat T-shaped die of about 1 mm and made of a semihard plastic or the like, and arms longitudinally attached to upper right and left sides of the die with a stopper of an anti-skid of one place rubber adhered thereto. When this implement is longitudinally used at the upper part of the book, the arms are moved to a front side of the page as a retainer of the page. T-shaped longitudinal part is moved to a backbone paper side of the book as a support of the book. Thus, the book can be lightly fixed. When the implement is used at a side of the book, the implement can be used only for retaining the page. The implement is light and easily handled so as to easily turn over the page.
