Title:
SIMPLE BURNER DEVICE FOR OUTDOOR USE USING 18-LITER CAN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005265276
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a simple burner device for outdoor use embodied in light construction and assuring easiness to handle.

An 18-liter can of utility type for industrial use is used as a shell can. The 18-liter can has a very reasonable shape, is very light in proportion to its size, and has a sufficient strength. Accordingly the simple burner device for outdoor use as the whole embodiment is as light as approximately 1.8 kg in total. The internal burning chamber is made from stainless steel plate and erected in an inverted trapezoidal shape. Four holes are provided over the side faces of the shell can and penetrated by two metal rods parallel, and a metal steel plate is processed so as to curl upward in a part over the internal burning chamber and fixed in such a way as pinching the metal rods. This lessens the risk of touching by mistake the internal burning chamber which will get a very high temperature, and also it is made unlikely that the high temperature of the internal burning chamber of the shell can is conducted there. Even a 9-litter can having a half height or any equivalent to it may be used in the simple burner device for outdoor use by applying the same method.
