A bowl shape base is arranged in a support pedestal. At two constantly symmetrical positions of the edge end of the base, belt shape folding parts are extended to be close to the top of the bowl shape, thereby to form a U shape bending holder, and a crevasse shape bending holder is formed in the middle part of the opposing U shape bending holder parts in a direction to be orthogonally crossed with the U shape bending holder. A plurality of projections for reinforcing the fixing of a sponge scrubber are formed in appropriate positions on the inner sides of the U shape bending holder and the crevasse shape bending holder. Then, the sponge scrubber for washing is folded in two and fitted to the inner side of the respective holders.
