Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to supply emergency power with high efficiency even if power failures occur intermittently or several times by using a small to medium gas engine and an alternator with a displacement of over 50 cc to 500 cc.CONSTITUTION: A small LPG gas engine 1 and an AC generator 3 are included. In plan view, a cylinder 11 is configured to flow in a tangential direction or a direction approximate to the tangent. Although power blacks out for a short time from a moment at which commercial power is lost due to some accident, etc., during this short time (about 10 to about 40 seconds), the gas engine 1 is started and the AC generator 3 generates power, and AC power generated by the gas engine 1 is continuously supplied to an indoor circuit during a power outage. Further, provided is a configuration in which, at the time of the power outage, an audio output unit 63, provided in the same place at the same time as the power outage, provides a sound output indicating that emergency power is supplied within a short time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
