Abstract:

To provide a simple evaluation method of delayed fracture resisting characteristic of a steel sheet for automotive use which is used for press working.

In this simple evaluation method of hydrogen-crack resistance characteristic, a sheared section rate is used as a evaluation parameter of a hydrogen-crack resistance in the sheared section of the steel sheet. Where, the sheared section rate = the length (a+b) in the thickness direction in the sheared section/the thickness (t)100(%).
