Abstract:
To provide a simple fire extinguisher that allows an amount of a fire extinguishing agent to be increased or allows the size of a container to be reduced, and allows the limit on the strength of the container and the direction of use to be relaxed as compared to a conventional aerosol type.SOLUTION: A simple fire extinguisher 1 comprises an inner bag 5 filled with a fire extinguishing agent 3, an outer container 7 for storing the inner bag 5, and a lid member 9 for covering mouth parts of the inner bag 5 and the outer container 7 and having a discharge port 21 for discharging the fire extinguishing agent 3. The simple fire extinguisher includes a foaming agent 11, a reaction agent 13 for foaming the foaming agent 11, an encapsulation bag 15 for encapsulating the foaming agent 11 and/or the reaction agent 13, a partitioning part 17 provided inside a bottom part of the outer container 7 and partitioning the internal space of the outer container 7 to make a predetermined region, which stores the foaming agent 11 and the reaction agent 13, and a protrusion 19 provided in the partitioning part 17 for rupturing the encapsulation bag 15. By imparting an impact to the outer container 7, the encapsulation bag 15 is ruptured, and the foaming agent 11 is caused to react with the reaction agent 13. Pressure is applied to the inner bag 5 by the foaming of the foaming agent 11, and the fire extinguishing agent 3 is discharged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
