To provide hook type front hanging spectacles of a simple constitution in which auxiliary lenses can be freely attachably and detachably arranged in superposition on the front of the already worn spectacles.

The simple front hanging spectacles comprise a pair of the auxiliary lenses 1 and 1 which have notched parts formed at their peripheral edges, elastically deformable joint members 2 which have insertion fitting holes and are fitted into these notched parts, hook members 3 which are provided with projections insertion fittable into the insertion fitting holes on a base end side and are provided with curvilinear detaining parts detainable with the front part of the currently worn spectacles F on a front end side and a bridge member 4 which connects the auxiliary lenses 1 and 1 symmetrically to the center line via a pair of the hook members 3 and 3. Accordingly, a crack of the lenses does not easily occur even if an external force is added thereto.
