PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote efficiency and speed-up of workability, and to attain stable quality and reduced production cost, by simply holding a metal component bonded with a packing at a predetermined point which is provided to a clamping part when clamping a trunk hinge for opening/closing a trunk lid provided to a vehicle.SOLUTION: Along an inner peripheral surface of a through hole provided on a surface of a metal plate, a plurality of protruding pieces which protrude upward are formed. On an inner peripheral surface of a fitting hole of an attached side member, an inclined larger-diameter part is formed which is expanded in an inclined manner on an upper side in the direction of inserting each protruding piece of the metal plate from below. Meanwhile, a taper is provided on an outer periphery of a caulking punch inserted from above the fitting hole to the lower part of the through hole of the metal plate which, when the protruding piece is inserted into the fitting hole from below to upper side, presses and spreads the protruding piece of the metal plate outward, so that a caulked part of the protruding piece which has been caulked outward by pressurizing of the taper is engaged with the inclined large-diameter part of the fitting hole.
