PURPOSE: To obtain the titled machine which can be freely attached to or detached from a tractor, by attaching a three point attaching metal fitting to a longitudinal frame on a body frame, pivoting a three point link supporting shaft, and providing a linking part on a PTO.

CONSTITUTION: Right and left lower links which are provided at the rear part of the tractor, are pivoted to attaching metal fittings by pins. A supporting shaft 31 is connected to an upper link. Then, a PTO shaft of the tractor is linked to a main shaft 5 of a speed change gear 4. In this way, the machine is used. The tractor is moved to a lumber collecting yard. The lumber collecting work is performed by trnsmitting a rotary force of the PTO shaft to a winch 3 by way of the speed change gear 4. When the operating lever of the speed change gear 4 is shifted to the forward rotation side, a secondary shaft is rotated in the forward direction and the rotary shaft of the winch 3 is also rotated in the forward direction. When a handle shaft 10 is located at the position in the Figure, the clutch of the winch 3 is shifted to an OFF position, and the linkage between the rotary shaft and a wire drum 26 is separated.
