To provide a simple method and the construction of a cleaner using the method for cleaning with mist the body of an old or sick person who has a difficulty in taking a bath or shower, without taking off his/her clothes if possible, in which a cleaning liquid such as deodorizing liquid or sterilizing liquid or a mixture thereof is contained in an atomizer to directly spray the mist without wetting to his/her body, hair or clothes, or between his/her body and clothes, for cleaning purposes.

This invention provides the construction of the simple body cleaner, in which a handle-type spray holder 4 having spray holes 5 for spraying fine mist of 10 μm or less in diameter is provided, and a lever-type opener/closer 3 for releasing or shutting off the mist is connected with an ultrasonic wave type atomizer 1 via a hose 2, as well as a method for cleaning the body by spraying wettless and fine mist directly to the body, hair or clothes, or between the body and clothes without taking them off from the body so as to clean the body by covering the body with the mist-covered clothes.
