To perform simple pavement by solidifying soil, by applying a soil solidifying agent composed of a polymer emulsion aqueous solution to the soil of Japan much in a moisture quantity.
In this simple pavement method, an impervious material 2 is placed on the ground 1, and a draining material 3 is placed on this impervious material 2, and modified soil 4 is laid on this draining material 3, and is formed as a pavement layer 5 by rolling this soil. The modified soil uses a material of mixing and dispersing a soil solidifying agent composed of a polymer emulsion in the soil having the moisture content ratio of 30 % or more. A material composed of a corrosive material is desirably used as the impervious material and the draining material. The soil solidifying agent desirably includes an acrylic copolymer emulsion, enzyme and cement.
