To provide simple play equipment for a child which can be assembled/disassembled and is developed to allow the child to play with sand and water without anxiety.

The play equipment is equipped with a plurality of unit members 2 for forming the peripheral wall A-2 of a simple sandbox A in a freely disassembled manner and a bottom material 1 for forming a bottom wall A-1. The unit member 2 is formed in a nearly inverted U shape having an inner peripheral wall 2a and an outer peripheral wall 2b extending so as to be folded back from an upper face wall 2c, and is provided with a male side connection part 13 on one side in the peripheral direction connected in a freely disassembled manner and a female side connection part 14 on the other side. The bottom material 1 is provided with a bottom part 1a formed by a sheet material so as to form the whole bottom wall A-1 and a rising part 1b formed in a surrounding manner along the back side of the inner peripheral wall 2a of the unit member 2 from the circumference of the bottom part 1a and is provided with a pinch preventing piece 3 rising in a surrounding manner along the lower end edge of the inner peripheral wall 2a of the unit member 2.
