Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize speech with merely one call operation by automatically switching the direct radio speech to the speech using a public line in the case that a slave machine is not connected to another slave machine of the other party by radio at the time of the call for direct radio speech from the slave station to another slave station of the other party.
CONSTITUTION: If the electric field level of the slave machine of the other party cannot be detected within a prescribed counted time in a call originating time discrimination part 5 of a slave machine 21 (22) on the originating side, a call originating circuit part 4 reads out frequency information of a master station and the outside line number of public line of the slave station of the other party which are stored in a call information storage means 3. The circuit part 4 connects the call to the master machine through a radio part 1 and calls the slave machine of the other party through the master machine and the public line by the outside line number of this slave machine. Thus, the slave machine 21 can use the master machine and the public line to speak to the slave machine of the other party if the call for direct radio speech from the slave machine 21 is impossible, and the convenience is improved.
