A conveying vehicle 31, which performs transportation while stirring the polished rice such that the moisture sticking to the surface of the polished rice loaded in the polished rice shipping step is uniformly distributed over the whole rice particles until reaching the polished rice receiving step, communicates between the polished rice shipping step and the polished rice receiving step.
