PURPOSE: To raise the sanitation of stool during using period by using a system in which the lid cover and stool seat of a western style toilet are opened or closed by a remote-control wire.

CONSTITUTION: L-shaped metals are attached to the fitting parts of lid cover of toilet seat, where one is attached to the cover and the other is attached to a remote-control wire side. A hole is drilled in the L-shaped bent portion, and the tips of the metal fittings are separately fixed to the fitting pars of the lid cover and seat by bolts. One remote-control wire is thrust through the fixing plate and a spring is set between the wire and the fixing plate in such a way as to permit the lid cover and the seat to be opened or closed. The lid cover and the seat of a toilet can thus be easily and sanitarily opened or closed.
