Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a certain constant shape if a vessel to increase the value of commodity, by providing a neck constricted, in which only the corner between the vertical part of side seal and the inclined part of the side seal is deformed inside when the contents is charged in the corner and a recessed part is formed.
CONSTITUTION: A neck 12 is provided at the corner of the boundary 13 (the inside of side seal) between the vertical part 3 of side seal and the inclined par 4 of side seal by constricting the part inwardly in an arc. As the result, when the plane vessel body A1 is formed to be of a three-dimensional shape on charging the contents into the vessel body A1, only the neck 12 provided by constricting the part among side seals 3, 4, 5 is deformed to the inside, regardless of the strength, the inner pressure, etc., of the resin film and on the other hand, other parts can be prevented from deforming inwardly. And a recession 11 is formed at the corner of the boundary 13 or a specified position and hence, the shape of the vessel body A1 becomes constant.
