Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ensure process assurance on each process basis so as to make quality analysis possible based on change in precision between processes by executing measurement at welding process while mounting a measuring sensor to a welding robot.
CONSTITUTION: Because a measuring sensor 16 is mounted with a welding gun to a welding robot 15, the body measurement before/after welding in welding processes is executed. At the beginning, a reference point member 20 is measured by the sensor 16, the data measured the reference point member 20 is compared to an initial data by a personal computer 17 to operate the position correcting data. Based on this position correcting data, the body measuring position by the measuring sensor 16 is corrected by the personal computer 17. Controlling means 18, 19 control the welding robot 15 so that the measuring sensor 16 is positioned to the corrected body measuring position. The measuring sensor 16, which is moved to the prescribed body measuring position executes measurement of body, a data processing means (personal computer 17) processes an output data of the measuring sensor 16.
