To provide a simple bed device that is free from feeling of fatigue, boredom, drowsiness, observation, and wariness, in transit by trains or the like.SOLUTION: A simple bed device has a simple structure made by connecting two frames with a pipe-like member, with both sides of the bed held by the member to form the bed. The members are arrayed laterally in large numbers and stacked vertically to form many installations. The bed can be made at low price, making anyone lay down the body authentically, with privacy kept therein. The bed includes a floor for a person to lie down and a frame to support the floor. The frame consists of an upper frame and a lower frame, with the upper frame and the lower frame connected and shifted for the width of a passage. The floor is supported by two frames on both sides, with the frames connected by a passage plate to prevent them from falling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
