Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a manual remote control over a small-sized extruding device placed at a remote location by a method wherein a pushing operation performed by a thread of locater is changed to that of hydraulic power. CONSTITUTION:A piston 13 is provided at the rear part of an extruding member 8, a hydraulic chamber 14 for use in extruding the piston 13 is arranged and pressure oil is applied from a pipe 12 into the rear part of the hydraulic chamber 14. As a threaded rod 25 is screwed into by a manual multiplication mechanism 27 of a simplified oil pressure generator 20, the extruding member 8 is extruded due to oil in the oil chamber 22, pipe 12 and hydraulic chamber 14 in the locater. When all the extruding members 8 are struck against the pin 1, the oil pressure is rapidly increased and a reaction force of a lever rod 27a is also increased. When it is appeared that the rotating force is reached to a certain value, the threading is terminated, a lock nut 29 is rotated and the threaded rod 25 is fixed, resulting in that each of the lock pins 1 is not loosened. In order to set the position of the casting member A, each of the locaters 2 and the oil pressure generator 20 are connected by the pipe 12 and a mere fastening of the thread of the generator 20 causes all the locater pins 1 to be pushed and fixed at once.
