PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of stripe pattern or wrinkle on a laminated card web in traversing, by guiding a laminated material web under specific condition from a 1st transfer means via a specific guiding means to a 2nd transfer means traversing under the guiding means.
CONSTITUTION: A laminated material is transferred with a feed lattice 10 along the direction of the arrow (a) at a velocity V1, deflected by an angle θ from the transversal direction with a guiding roller 20 and guided downward. A delivery lattice 30 reciprocating along the direction of the arrow (c) at a velocity V2 transfers the laminated material along the direction of the arrow (b) at a velocity V3. Various variables are adjusted so as to satisfy the formulas V1=(V22+V32)1/2 and tanθ=V3/V2.
