The device is characterized as follows: the sled supports a pitching sled for loading and fitting the specimen so that the rear end side can be rotated vertically, and that the front end side can be slid vertically and is restricted in the front and back directions and in the right and left directions; a forward pitching guide rail and a backward pitching guide rail are provided on the right and left sides of the guide rail; the pitching sled is equipped with forward and backward shoes supported slidably forward and backward by each pitching guide rail, and is formed by changing each height of the forward and backward pitching guide rails in a section where each shoe is slid.
