Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulated experience device that allows a worker to simulated-experience interference of a movable part in operation of an actuator with a part of the worker's body in a situation similar to an actual working site.SOLUTION: A simulated experience device 1 includes: a work board 4; a work detecting sensor 5, which detects a work W in a normal region on the work board 4; an air cylinder 6 with a piston rod 6b operable toward the work W; and a control device 8, which controls the air cylinder 6 so that the piston rod 6b operates toward the work W when the work detecting sensor 5 is detecting the work W. The air cylinder 6 is so configured that the piston rod 6b stops moving forward when the end of the piston rod 6b moving to the work W becomes closer to the work W in the normal region until the distance between the end and the work W is a predetermined distance L. Further, the end of the piston rod 6b is equipped with a buffer material 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
