This simulation device includes: a plate model making section 16 for making a plate model 122; a displacement data calculating section 22 for calculating displacement data of time series of a groove, by making an analysis of a finite element method for imitating compressive deformation of a shape of the groove in time series, by applying a load in a time period T to the vertical direction of the plate model 122; a groove model making section 20 for making a groove model 124 used for a boundary element method from the plate model 122; and a sound analyzing section 24 for analyzing a temporal change in sound pressure of a radiation sound by the boundary element method, by using the groove model 124 with the displacement data of the time series as a boundary condition.
