Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation device capable of correctly reproducing a behavior of the vehicle when a tire actually comes off a rim.SOLUTION: A simulation device is provided on a pseudo road surface 35a to which a tire support device for rotatably supporting a rim-assembled tire 10 is pressed, and includes: actuators 14, 19, and 32 for controlling a pressing state; a brake driving device for giving a rotational drive force or a braking force to the tire 10; a force sensor 21 for detecting a force acting on the tire 10; and a control device 3 for outputting signals for controlling the pressing state to the actuators 14, 19, and 32. The control device 3 includes: vehicle travelling state processing means 54 for controlling the pressing state based on the force detected by the force sensor 21 and the travelling state of the vehicle calculated by inputting the travelling condition of the vehicle and the driving condition of the vehicle; and driving condition correction means 53 for correcting the driving condition of the vehicle so that the travelling state of the vehicle obtained by the vehicle travelling state processing means 54 coincides with the travelling condition of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
