This simulation method is a simulation method of using a tire model of dividing a pneumatic tire into a finite number of elements. Further, the pneumatic tire has a tread rubber part constituted of a rubber member having a void. The simulation method includes a step A of generating a tread model of dividing the tread rubber part into the finite number of elements, a step B of setting a displacement condition based on the relationship of becoming a constant value in a multiplication value of the volume of the void and internal pressure of the void to the element for forming the void included in the tread model, and a step C of generating the tire model having the tread model with the displacement condition set therefor.
