Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate dispersion property between a filler and a modified high polymer material.SOLUTION: A simulation method comprises: a step S1 for defining a modified high polymer chain model; a step S2 for defining a filler model; a step S3 for defining a mutual action between the modified high polymer chain model and the filler model; and a step S4 for calculating by molecular kinetic calculation, using these models. The step S3 comprises: a step for defining a high polymer chain model having a structure equal to that of the modified high polymer chain model, and formed of a single group; a step for changing intensity of the mutual action between the high polymer chain model and the filler model, for performing plural kinds of molecular kinetic calculation; a step for determining first intensity of the mutual action in which the filler model is dispersed and disposed to the high polymer chain model, and second intensity of the mutual action in which the filler model is condensed and disposed to the high polymer chain model; a step for defining the first intensity to the mutual action between the modified group particle model and the filler particle model; and a step for defining the second intensity to the mutual action between a non-modified group particle model and the filler particle model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
