Abstract:
To provide a simulation method capable of calculating behavior of a substance in a reaction furnace with high accuracy, by considering a material for combustion charged from the middle of a reaction furnace.SOLUTION: A simulation method performing drying and reducing a raw material ore by charging a combustion material containing at least one of a volatile component and fixing carbon in the middle of movement, while moving the raw material ore charged in a reaction furnace, comprises the steps of: distributing a combustion material to a volatile component and fixing carbon by a mass flow rate; calculating a first reaction amount contributing to an equilibrium state with a solid phase containing the raw material ore of a second gas phase containing a first gas phase containing the combustion gas and the distributed volatile component; calculating a second reaction amount contributing to the equilibrium state with a second solid phase containing the first solid phase containing the raw material ore and fixing carbon; and calculating at least each flow rate when a first reaction component contributing to an equilibrium reaction of the second gas phase and a second reaction component contributing an equilibrium reaction of the second solid phase reached the equilibrium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
