Title:
シミュレーション方法、及びシミュレーション装置
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP7358864
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
To provide a simulation method capable of calculating behavior of a substance in a reaction furnace with high accuracy, by considering a material for combustion charged from the middle of a reaction furnace.SOLUTION: A simulation method comprises the steps of: distributing a material for combustion into a volatile component and fixed carbon; obtaining a first reaction component contributing an equilibrium state of a first gas phase and a second gas phase containing a volatile component; calculating a second corrected solid phase by obtaining abundance ratios respectively for every second solid phases different in a reaction speed although the same substance group but different in the reaction speed, based on a function showing a relationship between a particle size and its abundance ratio of the second solid phase at a predetermined temperature, prepared in advance, by assuming that although a first solid phase and a second solid phase containing fixed carbon are the same substance group but contain a plurality of second solid phases different in reaction speeds; obtaining the second reaction components respectively, by calculating a second reaction amount for every second corrected solid phases having different reaction speeds; and calculating respective flow rate change and flow rates when a first reaction component and a second reaction component reached an equilibrium state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
