Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make the locus of a tool in simulation plotting coincident with the real motion of the tool. CONSTITUTION:At a numerical controller to prepare an inverse move command value based on a mirror image command and to execute axel control based on this inverse move command value, an inversion command value B is calculated (1b) by executing the positive/negative inversion of the move command value of a work program based on the mirror image command, and a position coordinate value A to next move the tool is calculated (1c) without depending on the inversion command value. These calculated inversion command value B and tool position coordinate value A calculate a simulate position (1d), and this simulation position is displayed on the screen of a display device 16. At the numerical controller to execute superimpose control by superimposing the respective move command values of plural axel control systems, the simulation position is calculated by superimposing plural move command values, and this simulate position is displayed on the screen.
